At BANG we are passionate about sourcing the finest Irish suppliers.
We believe in the tradition of farms feeding cities and always use local seasonal produce when possible in creating our menus.
Our vegetables come from Keelings just outside of the city, our herbs from a local micro grower and our flower from Ballymine Mills. Our meat and dairy come from a selection of Ireland’s best artisan producers.
